7 ounces marshmallow cream
2 tablespoons amaretto or almond extract
directions
Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and beat with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended.
Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to use.

Served this with fruit on little skewers for dipping along with cookies (I think I liked the dip on the cookies the best)
