Caramellow Dip Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1.5 cups
Ingredients:
4 cups miniature marshmallows
25 vanilla flavored caramels
1/4 cup evaporated milk
Assorted fresh fruit pieces and cookies for dipping
Directions:
In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave marshmallows, caramels and evaporated milk on high for 2 minutes. Stir; microwave 1 minute longer or until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
Cool mixture slightly. Serve warm as a dip with fruit pieces and cookies.
