Mushrooms Elegante Recipe

Serves/Makes: 48
Ingredients:
48 large mushroom caps
2 cups fresh crab meat (preferably snow or king)
1 jar (6 oz size) hollandaise sauce (or your own or favorite brand)
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Poach mushrooms by placing in boiling water and removing from heat. Cover and allow to stand 5 minutes. Remove and pat dry.
Mix hollandaise sauce and crab meat. Spoon into mushroom caps. Broil until brown and bubbly. Serve warm.
