Ingredients:
4 eggs, separated
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons brandy or rum
3 cups whole milk
nutmeg to taste

Directions:

Beat the egg whites to a dry froth. Beat into the egg white, the sugar and then the yolks of the eggs combined with the brandy/rum. Add the milk. Add nutmeg to taste.
