Take one 8" pie crust unbaked
mix following ingredients and fill shell
1 egg beaten
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups diced rhubarb
2 tablespoons flour
***For topping mix***
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes Reduce to 350 and bake for 30 additional minutes
