Ingredients:
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup of margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs well beaten
1 can (11-ounce size) can corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 can (8.5 ounce size) can cream style corn
1 cup self rising white cornmeal
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12X8-inch (2 Qt.) baking dish.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
