1 pound cured ground ham
1 pound pork or hamburger
2 eggs
2/3 cup cracker crumbs or oatmeal
1/3 cup instant tapioca
1/4 cup milk
Dressing
1/4 cup vinegar

1 tablespoon mustard
Mix loaf ingredients and form into a loaf. Boil dressing a few minutes. pour over loaf and bake in moderate oven (325-350 degrees F) about 2 hours basting occasionally. Dressing should become thick and syrupy.

I actually always said I didn't like ham loaf. DH wanted some so I found this recipe. He said it's just like he remembered it growing up and I actually not only liked it but loved it! It was really good and the glaze has a nice bite to it.

This recipe is awesome! My husband said it was the best ham loaf that i have ever made. In fact, we are thinking about having this at Thanksgiving along with the turkey and all the other food! Highly recommended!!!
