Creamy Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
26 ounces canned tomato soup
14 ounces stewed tomatos
1 quart half and half
18 ounces v-8 juice
8 ounces cream cheese PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 diced large onion, sauted in butter
1 teaspoon Natures seasonings
***Garnish***
Croutons
shredded Cheddar cheese
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Whip the stewed tomatoes in blender. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes, or until cream cheese has melted.
Garnish with croutons, Cheddar, and Mozzarella cheese.
