Chocolate-Crunch Cookies Recipe

Serves/Makes: 30
Ingredients:
1 package (18 oz. size) German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup crisp rice cereal
Directions:
Combine cake mix, egg, vanilla and butter. Add cereal and stir until they blend well.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Dip fork in flour and flatten cookies in criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
