1 tablespoon butter
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped fine
1 clove garlic
1 can chicken broth
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can canneloni beans, drained
8 ounces favorite pasta, cooked
In fry pan, saute vegetables in olive oil and butter, then add garlic. Add all ingredients to soup pot and simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Season to taste.
Serve over cooked pasta.
