2 quarts chicken broth
salt, to taste
1/2 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup raw rice
Mix salted ground beef with onions, egg and bread crumbs. Shape in small meat balls. Drop into boiling stock. Add rice. Season to taste. Cook 1 hour.
