Ingredients:
1/2 head of cabbage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
28 ounces chopped tomatoes with liquid
6 cups chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1 tablespoon Parsely flakes
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover; cook on high for 6-8 hours. Remove bay leaf before serving.
