Super Sausage Bread Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
1 pound sausage
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
Crumble sausage and brown with onion; drain. Add cheeses, egg, Tabasco, salt, and parsley; mix well.
Make dough with Bisquick, milk, and mayonnaise. Spread over top of first mixture in 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Brush top with beaten egg yolk, if desired.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.
