Stuffed Pizza Bread

ingredients
1 1/2 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar or brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1 tablespoon dry yeast
8 ounces pizza or spaghetti sauce
6 ounces provolone cheese

directions
Mix water, sugar and salt in pot to heat just to warm the water.
Put yeast in a medium mixing bowl and add water until yeast is dissolved. Add flour and mix until dough is moist and holds together. Knead and let dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Punch center of dough. Knead slightly to get your basic shape and roll into an approximately 9 x 13 inch rectangle. Slice edges for braiding.
In the center of bread, place the sauce, cheese and any pizza toppings you desire. Braid bread and tuck in edges and seal any crevices on the side of the bread that will leak.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
