Ingredients:
1/4 cup Margarine, butter or vegetable oil
1/3 cup All-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Cornmeal
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 pounds Broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Heat margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until melted. Mix remaining ingredients except chicken. Coat chicken with flour mixture.

Place chicken, skin sides down, in pan; turn chicken to coat with margarine. Turn skin sides up. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes or until thickest pieces are done.
