Baked Fried Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups cornflakes
10 chicken legs
3/4 stick butter
salt, pepper, paprika
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Crush cornflakes in a blender or food processor. Wash the chicken legs.
Melt the butter over low heat. Dip a chicken leg in the melted butter, then roll the chicken in the cornflakes. Repeat with each leg.
Put the chicken in a baking pan (9x13"). Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Bake for about an hour until the chicken is golden brown.
