Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

This is a fantastic Guys Pie or anyone who enjoys a bit if heat. Great for BBQ,Picnic,Thanksgiving ?. I made this for a church pie social (yes church).I called it Hell's Fire Pumpkin pie. It was the talk of the party all the guys were wanting to try it out,and it went over very well ! I changed the recipe slightly by using 1 oz cane sugar and 1oz honey, then topping with a sweet meringue that I peaked and browned a little to look like flames !. Awesome recipe.
