Ingredients:
1 package devil's food cake mix
1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients slowly together in mixing bowl. When well blended, beat on high for 7 minutes. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
