Sour Cream Apple Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1 slightly beaten egg
1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups coarsely chopped, peeled tart apples
1 unbaked (9") piecrust
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl stir together the egg, sour cream, granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp flour, vanilla, and salt. Stir in chopped apple. Pour mixture into the unbaked crust. Cover edge of piecrust with foil. Bake in a 400 oven for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine 1/2 cup flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Remove foil from pie. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over pie. Bake 20 minutes more or until top is golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Refrigerate within 2 hours; cover for longer storage.
