1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup apple butter
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and beat thoroughly. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350° and bake another 40 minutes or until firm.
