Slow Cooker Herbed Turkey Breast

ingredients
5 pounds turkey breast, fresh or thawed if frozen
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup garden vegetable-flavored whipped cream cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
directions
Place the turkey breast in the crock pot.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until well blended. Spread the mixture over the turkey so it is coated completely.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or until the turkey registers 165 degrees F on a meat thermometer.
Remove the turkey from the crock pot and carve as desired.
