Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can (15 oz size) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
***Frosting***
1 package (3 oz size) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in large bowl until smooth. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger and cloves. Stir in raisins. Spread batter in pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

For the frosting: Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth.

Cover bars with frosting. Sprinkle with walnuts. Cut into bars.
