Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

1/2 large pineapple
5 plantains, very ripe
2 navel oranges
4 tablespoons flaxseed, brown (optional)
2 cups ice
Wash the pineapple. Twist or cut off the stem end. If using only half, cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and store unused portion in the refrigerator in plastic wrap or in a tightly sealed container.
Remove the skin from the portion you want to use, being careful to remove the brown tufts. Cut the pineapple into chunks and place in the blender container.
Wash and peel the oranges and place the orange sections in the blender container.
Peel and break the plantains into chunks and add to the blender. Add the flaxseed (a good source of omega-3 fatty acids) and the ice.
Cover the blender container, and run at high speed until all the ingredients are smooth. Work the fruit and ice into the cutter blades with the tamper wand as required.
Serve immediately in tall glasses and enjoy! Good for breakfast.
