Bisquick is a trusted name in baking. The one pan cobbler is a quick and easy dessert whether you're serving after dinner, going to a potluck, or just need a simple sweet treat.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the butter in a 11x7 baking pan and place in the oven to melt. When melted, remove the baking pan and place on a heatproof surface.
Add the milk, baking mix, and sugar to the pan and mix until smooth.
Drop the pie filling by spoonfuls over the batter. Place the pan in the oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and the batter is puffed and lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Try different pie fillings such as apple, cherry, or peach.
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter for extra flavor.
For a crisper topping, sprinkle some sugar over the batter before baking.
Try adding chopped nuts or oats to the topping for added texture and flavor.

I've probably made this with every pie filling flavor imagineable. It's just so easy that I keep returning to it. Everyone enjoys it and it's something I can put together quickly with little effort or fuss.

Made it with cherry pie filling. Great taste, but a little too much "bread" for me. If I make it again, I'll cut down on the amount of dough in the pan and "swirl" the fruit throughout so you get fruit in every bite. Tasted wonderful with vanilla ice cream!
