ingredients

2 cups cut up leftover turkey
1 cup veggies, leftover or frozen mixed
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 cups leftover stuffing, or use prepared mix

directions

Spread turkey along bottom of pie plate. Pour veggies on top evenly.

Spread can of soup over veggies. Spread stuffing over top.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

The stuffing really made this recipe good, if you're not already burned out on stuffing after thanksgiving. Next time I make this, I will dice the turkey into smaller cubes and let my frozen veggies thaw to room temp before using. Good use for the leftovers though.
