Pilgrim Pumpkin Pie Cake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (29 oz. size) canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 cups evaporated milk
1 package (18.25 oz size) yellow cake mix
1 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given: eggs, pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and milk. Pour pumpkin mix into ungreased 9X13 pan, then sprinkle with dry cake mix. Drizzle melted margarine or butter over cake mix; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cover with towel; let cool. Can be refrigerated, but not necessary. Cut and serve.
