Apple Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package (18.25 oz size) yellow cake mix
3 cups sliced peeled tart apples
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup whipping cream
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, optional
Directions:
Prepare cake batter according to package directions; pour into greased 9X13 baking dish. Combine apples, nuts, sugar and cinnamon; spoon over batter. Pour cream over top. Bake at 350 for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
