Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 onion, chopped
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, peeled and sliced (optional)
1/2 pound Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 pound ground beef, cooked
1 can (15- oz. size) kidney beans, drained
1 bag (9 oz size) Doritos chips, crushed
***Dressing***
1 can (10 1/2 ounce size) tomato soup
3/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup granulated sugar

Directions:

Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and put in large bowl. Add onion, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, hamburger, and kidney beans. Combine all dressing ingredients and blend or shake together. When ready to serve, pour half of the dressing over salad to lightly coat. Add more to taste. Toss. Top with crushed Doritos.
