Serves/Makes: 3 cups

Ingredients:
1 cup sweet Hungarian paprika
1/2 cup lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 cup freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup garlic salt
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 cup firmly packed light or dark brown sugar, spread on a baking sheet and left to dry 1 hour

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in large glass jar with tight-fitting lid. Secure lid and shake to blend.

Store in dry place. May be stored several months.
