4th Of July Salad Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 package (3 oz. size) peach Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1 cup sliced ripe peaches
1/4 cup diced honeydew melon
1/2 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained well
1/3 cup sliced red seedless grapes
Directions:
Completely dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Mix in cold water thoroughly, and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
Blend in fruit, distributing through gelatin. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
