Pretzel Salad Recipe

Serves/Makes: 12
Ingredients:
12 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 2/3 cups pretzels, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cubes butter, melted
3/4 carton (9 oz size) cool whip
1 package strawberry gelatin
2 cups pinneapple juice
1 package frozen strawberries
Directions:
Soften cheese and beat together with sugar and set aside. Mix crushed pretzels and melted butter and press into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 F for 10 min. Cool partially. Spread cream cheese mixture over pretzels. Spread cool whip over cheese and chill. Disolve gelatin in hot pinneapple juice and allow to set partially. Add thawed strawberries to gelatin and spoon over other mixture. Allow to set.
