1 large head cabbage
1 bunch green onions
2 ounces sesame seed
4 ounces slivered almonds
2 packages Ramen noodles
1 pound cooked chicken (grilled is best)


1 cup oil
1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 tablespoons sugar


Cut cabbage and put in bowl, break raw noodles into small pieces and add to bowl. Slice onions and chicken and add to bowl.

Brown almonds and sesame seeds in broiler (watch closely). Add dressing.

Dressing: Combine ingredients and pour over salad. Mix well. Make a few hours or over-night before serving so that dressing will soften noodles.
