Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
20 chicken wings or drumlets
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika in bowl. Coat chicken pieces in dry mixture. Reserve leftover mixture. Refrigerate coated pieces for at least one hour.

In saucepan, heat butter, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder just until butter melts, then keep warm.

Deep fry chicken, 10 pieces at a time, drain chicken on paper towels.

Immediately place chicken in bowl. Pour half of hot sauce mixture over chicken (first batch). Cover and toss to coat. Repeat with remainder of chicken pieces, 10 or so at a time.

Wings can be frozen and reheated: 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Use ranch or blue cheese dressing as a dip for these fabulous wings.
