Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

I have been looking for a good cheeseball recipe for years. This one certainly fit the bill. I made it for the first time for a family gathering, and it was a big hit; everyone wanted the recipe. I didn't add the almonds, and I only used half the chedder cheese that it called for, other than that, I followed the recipe. I would highly recommend this recipe.
