ingredients
5 ounces blue cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon pimiento
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped fine
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Toast walnuts until brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Blend cheese, stir in rest of ingredients. Chill until firm.
Shape into ball. Roll in roasted walnuts. Chill until serving time.
