Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese; softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package powdered ranch dressing mix
pecans for rolling
crackers

Directions:

Cream together cheese and ranch mix until smooth and well combined. Shape into a ball. Roll in nuts to cover.

Keep refrigerated, but soften slightly before serving with crackers.
