Shrimp Pineapple Pizza

ingredients
1 pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
6 ounces cooked shrimp
1 (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 green bell pepper, diced
3 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
crushed red pepper
directions
Prepare Pizza Crust. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Brush prepared crust with olive oil; sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
Top with shrimp, pineapple, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake about 8 minutes or until crust is deep golden and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and red pepper. Cut into wedges.
