ingredients
4 round pita pockets (7- to 8-inch size), plain or whole wheat
1 cup tomato pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
directions
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the pita breads on a large baking sheet. Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over each pita bread. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, and 2 tablespoons of diced ham.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through and the pitas are crisp on the bottom. Serve warm.
