Chewy Easy Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1 package refrigerated French bread dough
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/3 cup tomato or pasta sauce
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 sliced green pepper
1/4 pound sliced mushrooms
2 medium tomatoes, thin sliced
2 tablespoons nonfat Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded (low-fat) mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped or torn basil
1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Spray a pizza pan or cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Remove dough from package and unroll evenly onto pan. Trim excess.
Sprinkle dough evenly with half of the Italian seasoning and the tomato sauce. Scatter the onion, garlic, pepper, and mushrooms over the dough. Lay the tomatoes over evenly. Sprinkle with the cheeses, and seasonings.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
