Chicken Quesadillas Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds Chicken -- cooked & diced
1 can Green Chiles
1 pound Colby-Jack Cheese -- shredded
1 dozen Flour Tortillas
Directions:
Mix chicken, chiles & cheese. Place one tortilla on a plate. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture, top with another tortilla, top with layer of chicken mixture and another tortilla. Microwave 45 seconds or until cheese is melty. Cut into wedges. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Chicken mixture can be frozen
