Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
8 ounces spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth and drained
1 stick butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
8 ounces Velveeta, cut into chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:

Melt butter in a skillet and saute the onion, celery and mushrooms. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in soup and pimiento. Combine with spaghetti and chicken pieces. Place in sprayed casserole and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
