This salad delicious. It is light and refreshing compared to the typical summer potatoe salad. I suggest placing the cooked quinoa in the refridge for 30 minutes before adding to salad. It allows for the grains to seperate. Awesome!

This salad is so easy to make and so delicious! I use green onions instead of red onion sometimes, red pepper along with green (for color). It's always terrific.

This is amazing! It's so simple and very good for you. I always keep the dressing the same, but play with the rest of it a big - add chickpeas, basil, feta, extra garlic... It's super easy and always a hit - and I've shared the recipe with lots of people who love it!

This was outstanding. Both the young teachers in my class and the folks at the technology center where I work loved this. I added feta cheese as well.
