A quick and easy chili cheese corn chip casserole made with corn chips, chili con carne, and cheese, all ready in minutes.

1/2 cup corn chips
1 can (7 ounce size) chili con carne with beans
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 green onion, sliced thin
Place corn chips in a 2 cup cereal bowl. Spoon on chili. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir well. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Heat on medium power for 45 to 60 seconds just until cheese is melted. Sprinkle onion over top if desired.
