Ingredients:
1 onion -- chopped
1 green pepper -- chopped
2 cloves garlic -- chopped
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 cup cooked rice
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, canned -- drained
1 cup water
1 cup salsa
6 fresh tomatoes -- chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
salt -- to taste

Directions:

Saute the green pepper and onion in a little olive oil in skillet until partially cooked. Put in crockpot along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on LO for 6-8 hours
