Slow Cooker Chili For Dummies

2 pounds ground beef
2 cans (16 ounce size) kidney beans, undrained
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely cut
1 can (28 ounce size) whole tomatoes, undrained
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
Meanwhile, add onion, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, pepper and cumin to crock pot. Add browned ground beef to crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours.
The BEST chili you will ever taste! Bar none! I always double the recipe and remember this: you can never add too many beans!
