Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

2 cans (15 ounce size) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste
1 can (28 ounce size) diced tomatoes, drained
Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot. Stir well to combine.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or until it is heated through.
Adjust the seasoning before serving.
