Southern Custard Chess Pie

2 eggs -- beaten well
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch size)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; have unbaked pie shell ready.
In large bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar and flour together; add beaten eggs and mix well. Add melted butter, milk and vanilla; mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake until pie is firm in the middle, 40 minutes.
Note: This pie is great to serve warm!
