Mango Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cup mashed or pureed mango
3 eggs, unbeaten
1 large can evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the blender; pour into pie shell and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted into center comes out clean.
