2 1/2 cups berries
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1 pie shell (8-inch size), baked and cooled
6 ounces whipped topping
Bring berries, sugar and water to a boil for 10 minutes. Add cornstarch to water; stir to mix well. Pour into cooked berries. Will thicken immediately.
Pour in baked pie shell. Let cool. Top with whipped topping.
Place in the ice box for 1 hour before serving.
