Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter -- melted
3 eggs -- beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can (3 1/2 oz. size) flaked coconut -- divided
1 pastry shell (9 inch size) -- unbaked

Directions:

Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl. Add butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and two-thirds of the coconut; mix well. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.

Bake for 65 minutes at 325°F. or until set. Keep refrigerated.
